To blow away any post-wedding blues, I’m redecorating and simplifying our little home. In our bedroom we have a CD alarm clock that I got in college. The cd player no longer works, and the alarm buzz is dreadful. It suited my needs in college, but it is plain ugly. The digital time is so bright that we have to cover it with a hankie at night. I’ve read several studies that say you will be more rested if you sleep in a room where you can not see the time. Hence our need for a new alarm clock.
